Would you like Help with your Garden?
Our Gardening Service is for older people within Spelthorne who would like help with grass cutting and border tidying.
Our gardeners (male and female) are not professionals, but are keen to help. There is a charge of £8 per hour, which
is payable direct to the gardener. All gardeners hold their own Public Liability Insurance.
If you need garden refuse disposed of, it would be helpful to have a supply of bio-degradable bags, which are available
from Libraries,
Day Centres and the
Council Offices
at Knowle Green. Gardeners may take refuse away, however a small charge may be made.
Our gardeners provide basic gardening only and do not undertake garden clearances or tree cutting. We can provide names
and telephone numbers of professional gardeners, should you wish, who can offer a wider range of services.
We are currently trying to build up a register of professional gardeners that we can refer clients to for a wider range of services
(prices will vary, so quotes for work should be obtained).
