The Voluntary Sector - Working With Your Local Health Centre
This is a new project launched by Age Concern Spelthorne to provide information and advice for older people, their families and carers at local
health centres throughout Spelthorne. An Information Officer, employed by Age Concern Spelthorne, provides details about the help and support
available from local and national voluntary groups, their local authority and social care professionals. Assistance is given in contacting appropriate
sources of help, including making appointments and checking the availability of transport, if required.
